From Houston and well traveled, already in a Pasadena, Calif., tournament that season. Seniors Matt Harrison (5-11) and Jonathan Gaines (6-2) carried most of the scoring on a roster of nine seniors. Roy Murpree had just won his 400th game, but the Mustangs had lost five of seven after a 10-2 start. 12-7 coming in.
