Coach Zack Moore’s Bears, the defending VHSL Group 2A State Champions, return the VHSCA Group 2A State Player of the Year in Bradley Bunch, a 6-6 senior forward who shot 65 percent from the floor as a junior. Bunch averaged 17 points, eight boards, and three assists a game, giving the Bears plenty of power and leadership.
